As part of our work to assess the club’s current scheduling, printing, mailing and communications processes, the CHC Efficiency Task Force recently completed its initial fact finding to learn what works well and where there may be opportunities for improvements in club operations. We are now considering a variety of options for making each of those processes more efficient and effective.

Did you know that as part of its process for making our operations more efficient and effective the task force met with committee chairs and other CHC experts? Over the past few months, the task force obtained their input, suggestions, and ideas for improvements.

Now, the task force would like to obtain input, suggestions, and ideas for improvements from members. Shortly after the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2023, you will have an opportunity to take the 2023 CHC Survey of Members. This survey will take about ten minutes to complete.

Members who have an email address on file with the club will receive an EBlast message from Cleveland Hiking Club by May 22, 2023. This email will include a link to the survey. Click on the link and use your Member ID (found in the Member Directory) to access the survey. The deadline to complete the survey is Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.  If you have opted out of receiving EBlast messages or have no email address on file, you may access the message with the survey link at Member EBlasts/Posts in the Members Only section of the website.
