Reminder to CHC members with a seasonal address:
CHC no longer mails to seasonal addresses due to the costs of return postage when mail cannot be delivered as addressed.
The club uses 3rd class (Standard) postage to save cost. Mail forwarding and hold orders are ignored and mail is returned to the club.
If you plan to be away from your local residence for an extended period, and are having your mail forwarded or held, please contact the
membership committee ([email protected]) to provide the date you will be leaving and the date you will be returning.
Mailing lists are created on or around the 15th of the month, notification prior to this date will help avoid return postage fees.
