As the reservation deadline to register (through CHCreservations19@gmail.com) for the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner has approached (August 19th), just a few reminders:
· Place settings (plates, silverware, cups, beverages) will be provided.
· Appetizers will begin at 4pm, with dinner around 5pm.
· “Doggy bags” or containers for your leftovers are not available, so it is suggested to bring your own. Food prep/storage bags are limited supplies purchased for cabin use only.
Parking may be at a premium, so helpers are being asked to park on the grass and all helpers have been notified by email to arrive at a requested time.
