During the month of February, I will be leading SLOW hikes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 12:30 at Beachwood Place.   We will park near the Saks entrance.

As always, SLOW hikes are designed for those who walk slowly – even if it is slower than a leisure pace.  Those with canes and walkers, or recovering from injury, are welcomed.

If the weather is favorable, we will hike outside.   Otherwise, we will walk through the mall.   There are 3-mile, 2-mile, and 1-mile options.

Afterwards, we can enjoy each other’s company in the food court at Beachwood Place.
