I am sending this note to caution all CHC members to be aware that there has been a marked increase in phishing emails received over the past several months by club members. Currently I am only aware of the ones that members have called to my attention. If an email seems to come from a member, please carefully check the actual email address that sent the email and compare it to the person’s real email address in the Directory in the Members section of our website. Another “red flag” is if there is a request for you to send money or buy gift cards. CHC never does that. Also, never click on an imbedded address or link, those can infect your device with a virus.Let’s all stay safe!
