Mentor Veterans Park was closed last week for trail paving and was reopened this weekend (4/27).  Notice came out that trail paving would continue on Monday but did not indicate how much had been completed and whether the park would be closed again.  For hike 28-12 (and any future hikes from Veterans Park in Mentor), if the park is closed please go to Mentor Lagoons (8370 Harbor Dr.—about a mile north of Veterans)
