Voting for the 2025 CHC election will begin on Sunday, September 28th and be completed on Sunday, October 12th at 2:00 pm ET. As in past years, each (non-associate) member will receive an email (from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com) with a link to the baIlot. In addition to 5 officer, 4 director and 1 trustee positions, there is 1 bylaw amendment on the ballot. In January 2025, the Board approved this bylaw change and recommends that the membership vote to approve it. 

Candidate bios and the bylaw change were attached (in a single document) to the eblast. Members should review them prior to the election period. [These documents can be found on our website in the members section on the elections page.

For each position and issue you must cast a vote (approve, reject or abstain) in order for your ballot to be submitted.
