Again in 2025, the Cleveland Hiking Club is partnering with the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF). This is the 12th year that CHC has been participating.
CIFF49 will take place March 27–April 5, 2025, at Playhouse Square, followed by CIFF49 Streams, April 6-13, 2025, online. CIFF49 will showcase 104 feature films and 198 short films representing 60 countries.
Our film this year is “Into the Wonderwoods”. The only Playhouse Square showing is Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 2:30pm at the Allen Theatre The film will be available on CIFF49 Streams.

Ten-year-old Angelo dreams of becoming an explorer and a zoologist. When he hits the road with his family to visit his beloved granny, his distracted parents leave him behind at a rest stop. Left to his own devices, Angelo decides to cut through the forest—a dark and mysterious world inhabited by strange creatures, some friendlier than others—in search of his family.
